BEFORE CARE INSTRUCTIONS DO NOT eat 2 hours before, DRINK at least 2 liters of water, DO NOT consume caffeine, alcohol or carbonated drinks the day before treatment. DO NOT wear lotion or product on area to be treated. Shave any body hair & remove any piercing in area to be treated. AFTER CARE TREATMENT Don’t eat 2 hours after treatment, continue drinking water. It’s critical to stay hydrated plenty of water facilitates lymphatic drainage. Limit your intake on caffeine and carbonation drinks. Do not consume alcohol for 24 hours.
